Bodyweight Blast X

This is just an ebook detailing a bunch of bodyweight workouts to get you lean, mean, and ready to hit the more physically demanding trails in Colorado. What I really like about it is that it takes the guesswork out of what exercises to combine and in what order. On that cheesy sales page there is a trial workout at the very bottom. Another thing is that it uses progression of intensity and duration to really build you up rather than just start out way too hard and expect you to catch up eventually on your own.
